FAIRFIELD, CT (June 23, 2026) – Collegiate Consulting completed a comprehensive benchmarking comparison for Fairfield University, as the institution was examining conference membership options for its intercollegiate athletic program.
Elements of the three-month study included athletic and sports operating budget comparisons; administrative/coaching staffing & salaries; scholarship comparisons; sports sponsorship; travel analysis; competitiveness; institutional comparison and source of revenue analysis for the Atlantic 10 Conference, America East Conference and eventual new home the Coastal Athletic Association.
