ATLANTA – Collegiate Consulting is delighted to welcome six new members to its ticket sales team. Among the new hires is Ossie Hamrick, who joins the firm as the Division Manager of Ticket Sales & Service. Mr. Hamrick will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Atlanta where he will supervise all Directors of Ticket Sales at each Collegiate Consulting partner location. He previously spent three seasons as the Senior Manager of Ticket Sales & Service for the Colorado Rapids where he helped more than double the season ticket base and worked to keep the Rapids consistently ranked in the top five in group ticket sales for the MLS.

Scott Friedman has been named the General Manager for Collegiate Consulting’s newest partner, the University of Illinois. Mr. Friedman brings seven years of professional and collegiate ticket sales experience and is beginning his third year with Collegiate Consulting. Prior to assuming his role for the Fighting Illini, Mr. Friedman served as General Manager at Bowling Green State University, wherein the athletic department witnessed a 40% increase in overall ticket sales and set numerous school ticket sales records. He will lead a full-time staff of four, including Account Executives Chris Gerycz and Tad Margolies. Gerycz joins Collegiate Consulting after working for CEO Sports as a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at the Spyglass Group. Margolies is a recent graduate of Bowling Green and has worked in the Ticket Sales offices for both Bowling Green and the Toledo Mud Hens.
Bill Applebee will take over as the General Manager for the Bowling Green Falcons. Mr. Applebee spent the past three years with the United States Air Force Academy, where he was promoted from Ticket Sales Associate to Director. His ticket sales experience ranges from the professional arena with the Pittsburgh Pirates to the collegiate landscape at the University of Notre Dame.
Michael Pence joins Collegiate Consulting as the new Director of Ticket Sales for Wichita State University. Mr. Pence previously oversaw the ticket sales staff for Talladega Superspeedway and was the Senior Account Executive for the Altoona Curve, the AA affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
