New Jersey Institute of Technology Enlists Collegiate Consulting to Revamp Athletic Strategic Plan

NEWARK, New Jersey (March 14, 2019) – Collegiate Consulting was recently retained to aid The New Jersey Institute of Technology in the development of their new athletic strategic plan, and were on campus in Newark conducting interviews with senior athletic staff, coaches and other key stakeholders the first week of March.

As the industry’s leading intercollegiate consulting service specializing in operational and feasibility studies, Collegiate Consulting will work with NJIT Athletics’ senior administration and coaching staff to create a detailed and focused strategic plan that encompasses the key goals, objectives and vision required to support and carry NJIT Athletics to success. Most importantly, this Athletic strategic plan will align with NJIT’s current 20/20 Vision as well as the upcoming 2025 institutional strategic plan.

NJIT Athletics has grown significantly in the last twenty years, successfully reclassifying as a Division I program in 2009, and then becoming the eighth full member of the ASUN conference in 2015. 

This is not the first time the two have worked together, a Collegiate Consulting has been providing financial reports to the athletic department for several years.
