ASHEVILLE, NC (August 6, 2018) – Collegiate Consulting, a full-service consulting business focused on college athletics, has been engaged by the University of North Carolina Asheville Athletics to develop its next strategic plan.
“We wanted to add a dimension in our planning process that allows us the best opportunity to think globally about the future for the Bulldogs,” said Janet R. Cone, Director of Athletics and Senior Administrator for University Enterprises. “We look forward to working with Collegiate Consulting during both the process and the outcome of our strategic planning process.”
Collegiate Consulting, through a series of on-campus interviews and external research, will work with UNC Asheville Athletics senior athletic administrators and coaches to identify key themes, goals and strategies across every area of the department.
