ATLANTA, GA (August. 7, 2023) – Collegiate Consulting has been retained by Emporia State University to assist in the search for the next Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations.
Founded in 1863 in Emporia, KS., the school became Emporia State University in 1977. The institution is the third oldest public school in the state of Kansas and currently offers 50 undergraduate degrees and 27 graduate degrees.
The Hornets compete in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association in NCAA Division II. Offering a total of 15 sports, Emporia State Athletics even offers a highly competitive disc golf program. Recent athletic successes include historically competitive football and tennis programs.
Collegiate Consulting will focus its search on meeting the high standards of Emporia State’s athletic department, whose mission is “to take a holistic approach to preparing student-athletes for lifelong learning, rewarding careers and adaptive leaderships through academic and athletic opportunities.” Collegiate Consulting will also facilitate in-depth candidate sourcing/screenings, evaluations and all-encompassing professional reviews in its search for Senior Associate Athletic Director, External Relations.
